How we Operate

Whatever the occasion, Fleur de Lis Florist has an unrivalled reputation for offering the very highest standards for both quality and service. In choosing Fleur de Lis Florist, you can be confident that your order will be individually created by one of our highly experienced and award winning creative florists, and that your gift will be hand-delivered.

All orders we receive for delivery within our service area are created by us. We do not mass produce our flowers on a production line, or deliver our flowers by courier or post. Because we make all our floral arrangements to order, we can offer same day delivery on all orders provided that we receive your order by 1 PM. You can also specify a delivery date. Our confidence in our fresh flowers, and the designs we create, enables us to automatically offer a 7 day  fresh flower guarantee relating to the orders we deliver.

We deliver to areas within a 10 mile or 16 kilometre radius of our shop to postcodes HP9, HP10, RG10, RG42, SL1, SL2, SL3, SL4, SL6, SL7 and SL8. For orders and deliveries to areas outside of our coverage area, we have teamed up with eFlorist, one of the largest global networks of professional florists globally. With around 1800 member florists in the UK and Ireland, eFlorist can deliver to almost any address in Ireland and the British Isles, as well as to over 140 countries throughout the world. eFlorist work to the highest professional standards, using only the finest and freshest materials available.
